In this blog post I&#8217;m going to start with serotonin in two coordinate frames, and build a small equivariant neural network that featurises it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>I then realised that although my little python notebook rendered fine in my editor view on wordpress, it doesn&#8217;t render at all when published.
